Drawing on the mind, behavioural and physiological sciences, our programs cultivate soft skills that allow organisations to thrive from within.
The following are modules that we develop into tailor-made programs, according to the needs of your organisation.
Thriving Teams
MODULES
Mental Toughness in Organisations
While resilience relates to bouncing back following a setback or challenge, mental toughness relates to developing the cognitive skills to prepare for the difficult event before it occurs. Learn strategies from the behavioural sciences to develop the four C’s of mental toughness: Control, Commitment, Challenge and Confidence, for such areas as managing change more effectively, seeing the opportunity in adversity and approaching difficult conversations with confidence.
High-performing teams
We often expect our teams to be as productive and engaged with their work as possible – but don’t give them the tools to do so. Taking lessons from elite sport and high performance psychology, learn how to develop a high performing mental environment in the workplace, so that teams and leaders are able to perform at their best when they need to, while recovering, supporting self-care and rejuvenating themselves, to reduce burnout and enhance engagement.
Emotionally Intelligent Teams
Research demonstrates that emotionally intelligent individuals have more cohesive work relationships, have better client relationships, are better able to adapt to change and stressful events, and are often more productive. Emotional intelligence (EQ) is an adaptive ability that can be developed, and we give evidence-based strategies to develop the 4 aspects of EQ in a collaborative team context: self awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.
Team Values
Values are the essential guide and motivation that drive people’s connection to their work and colleagues. Values are the characteristics of being and doing that we aspire to embody in our work and lives. We work closely with teams and leaders to help to understand and elicit key values that underpin why they do what they do – enhancing connection, meaning, motivation and engagement.
Mindful leadership
BE THE CALMEST PERSON IN THE ROOM
In this high-paced business environment, it's often so hard to remain calm. Whether working with colleagues, clients, bosses or in your personal life, our emotions tend to get the better of us.
In this course, we show you how to have an emotion without being had by an emotion. Through mindful meditation practice, and learning how to detach and observe thoughts and emotions, your team will learn the vital skills to actively choose how to act in each difficult circumstance, rather than simply reacting.
When you make calm decisions in stressful situations, you choose better outcomes, create a more effective work environment and inspire respect amongst your colleagues.
In this workshop, delivered in a full day, half day or one hour seminar, we help you to hone the craft of remaining calm and acting decisively, no matter the context.
